The Practice Directions in English were issued for the conduct of court proceedings. The Practice Directions in English are the authentic version. The Chinese translation of the Directions in English is prepared by the Court Language Section of the Judiciary.

 
Practice Directions (PD) that are affected by the implementation of the CJR are listed below. They have taken effect on 2 April 2009, except for LTPD: BM No. 1/2008 which has come into operation since 1 January 2009 and PD 31 Mediation which will come into operation on 1 January 2010.
