In this section, two of the key concepts underlying the Woolf and other reforms are discussed. In Section K, a series of possible reforms addressing more detailed procedural questions, drawn from the CPR and elsewhere will then be discussed with a view to identifying measures for possible selection as reforms to be adopted in Hong Kong. | |
