As indicated above, the
assistance that court staff can properly render is necessarily limited by the need for the
court to remain impartial in the dispute. However, properly trained staff dedicated to
helping litigants in person fill in forms correctly and helping them with information as
to preparing court bundles and so forth, could be valuable, both in helping the litigant
progress the case and in establishing a helpful rather than a hostile atmosphere in the
proceedings. |
